CHARLENE L. COHEN (Age 90)

Of Rockville, MD, passed away October 31, 2011. She was born in Duluth, Minnesota. She was married to Samuel Cohen for 51 years. Charlene volunteered and served in the U.S. Army in World War II as a WAC in the European Theatre. She was also a leader in NARFE, the Jewish War Veterans, and the Democratic party.

She is survived by a brother, Robert Lunche in California; Tracey J. Haber, daughter; Jonathan B. Haber, son-in-law; Michael S. Haber, grandson and Daniel E. Haber, grandson.

Funeral arrangements wil be held at 10 a.m. on November 2, 2011 at Judean Memorial Chapel, 16220 Batchellors Forest Rd., Olney, MD 20832. Interment Judean Memorial Gardens. Family will be receiving friends at the residence of Tracey and Jonathan Haber immediately following the service.
